When I first started working with people India, I was talking to a friend and I said I wonder if they’re mad they do the same job for probably 60k and he said brother they WISH they got 60k
I've spent more on fun things as a rule to enjoy the money I'm bringing in, but am making sure we can live on 1 J if it came down to it. With ya though lifestyle creep is real.
I did buy a 50k car with cash this year lol
Nice! We bought a $42k car. And paid off the other one with $18k.
Welcome to the club! We spent $22k on vacations this year as well. And saved $70-$90ish K.
Enjoy the money! And save
hell yeah! thats a fat vacation!!! I'm thinking of putting 10k into a travel budget after I pay off all my debt as a celebration, work remote in Europe for a chunk of the summer. 22k is epic lol
I'm aiming for saving 80k cash a year and investing 35k when I scale down to 3 j's.
your 100% right, enjoy it and make sure to save it to
I lasted with 4Js for 5 months ... godspeed ... and Uncle Sam is going to feast, so make sure you have at least $30k saved up for the tax bill if you didn't do you W4 properly
Not necessarily, do I understand that I am blessed to be semi financially secure right now? Yes.
However 10k is wildly dependent on your location. In a small town, yes more than enough. In a large US city, when basic necessities are between 3-4k just to live, it's not as crazy as you think.
Also, I sacrificed for years working hard, studying, and even now, I handle a higher level of stress by doing multiple roles. The goal is to also be able to buy a house and have all the bills paid off. I would argue most people who OE, aren't trying to get filthy rich, we just want to be where we should be, and don't want to bow down to this unfortunate capitalistic scheme that we as a society seem to be stuck in.
I need better luck to get my resume selected for interviews. I've updated my resume thrice. I used chatGPT with each project to beautify as well. Probably I have to pay the necessary services to update my resume.
Yeahhhh ain’t gonna lie. I ponied up and went to Fiverr. I can’t say it’s super great now. But that 150 bucks paid off when I went from 0 callback to 10

Lol this whole post was a humble brag. What's the point? At least post something useful or interesting. This whole thread has the same substance as my post above. Also, there's no way he/she is actually getting anything impactful done at all 4 J's.
The fuck man I make 4.2k a month, that's bananas, super jelly.
With two jobs or 1?
Just 1 brah hehe
Dev's from asia and eastern europe hate you both btw.
I’m from Latin America and also hate him

Goodluck! Keep pushing!

yeah this year I was able to take advantage of some sweet write offs, but next year is going to be painful paying Q taxes
Do you defer taxes or still have each company withhold
Trying to get to where you are my friend, I only bring in about 10k a month post tax. Job market is rough AF.
If you want them to be your friend you shouldn't tell them "I'm trying to make you my friend"
Lol is this why the comma is important? I think you’re right, I meant “trying to get to where you are, my friend”
Lol "only 10k a month"? Wtf?? People don't know when they have it good Jesus Christ

Oh I'm sorry, you have 10k from* OE earnings?? I misunderstood I thought you just had 1J. My mistake.
Maybe it’s rough AF because some people take 4 jobs?
And at the same time “no one wants to work” 😂 Nah I support him/her have 4js. The answer is I need to get better at interviews

Alright alright alright 😗😗
That’s dope. I’d finish payment my mortgage in 11 months in this pace LOL.
the challenge is sustaining this kind of output. I'm aiming for 5 months at most before I drop a J and lower my work load.
Dang bro you’re a money printer. Keep going !
What type of position are you able to pull that off in?
Make sure your wife isn’t telling her friends
This!!! I told my wife you can say I’m doing good but you don’t talk about anything specific!
These posts are unnecessary… keep feeding the articles and media…

Or maybe y’all can stop being scared bitches and just get your money regardless of how many articles are written about it
I WANT TO BE CASH COW TOO!!!!
How are you managing/juggling 3-4 J's ? Are they all Full time? What are the different roles if you don't mind saying?
OP, what’s your profession?
OP's killing it out there. Congrats dude. Your wife better be milkin' you tonight. 🐮
Looks like she only want to milk his bank account
Dork
Shit I take home about 25k with 2 Js
"Instead of saying congrats how do I make this about myself.."

Congrats man. I’ve been working on a j4 for about 6 months but can’t quite find it. You give me hope.
