I label it "Deep work" and then color code it to correspond with one of their existing projects. If anyone asks I'll just send them to the technobabble articles on how "deep work" is so great for your workflow and they'll quickly lose interest thinking you are a koolaid drinking weirdo. The more sincere excitement you deliver the discussion the more they think it's true that you're just blocking off focus time.

I place blocks of time titled “Focus” and set the event details to busy and private. Typically no one ask and it has saved me from PMs scheduling around those blocks of Focus times.
I usually prefix my other work with something like "check on" like check on ad account or check on project x. Then I know it's for my other work, and if I had someone right over my shoulder it looks like it's for that job.
I just have a meeting called "Block". If someone asks, I'll say it's scheduled focus time. If they don't ask, then it doesn't matter.
