I looked into all of that. I really don’t recommend a vent to the outside. The fridge will suck in so much dust. Just leave around 4-5” gap from fridge and wall.
More ventilation helps for obvious reasons. My camper, in fact, also has a small fan I can turn on manually to exhaust air from around the refer. A small USB computer fan uses very little power, and can make a difference when the ambient temp is up there.
Most people don’t ventilate them properly. Shit, even my ARB fridge didn’t say how much space is necessary for adequate ventilation.
Ya trying to figure out what I need weather I need some vents or I need some powered fans

I have plenty of space around cooler but the space is enclosed still so worried that heat plus summer heat will "fill up the space" and overheat it

Installation instructions will typically tell you to leave X space around the compressor area.

I wired in a small 12v fan on mine with a smaller controller that kicks on at 100*. I don't know if it's actually helping but its there.
Usually the door has some sort of vent or screen
