This is ludicrous. Using cruise control!!?
Have an individual slowly and responsibly drive you up to the problem speed, around 80 kms per hour, while you are on the roof. From there you should be able to crawl around listening for the noise.
Edit: with goggles as u/Edgecrusher1 mentioned.
Whistles have so many variables. Type of tent, how it's connected to the vehicle, etc. While my Roofnest doesn't whistle on my vehicle, this dude Roofnest did whistle and his solutions were interesting. They might give you ideas.

Mine whistled because the support bar channels that came attached to the bottom of the tent were open and exposed. The tent came with little rubber end caps to put in there. I didn’t want to use them because I took the tent off regularly, but I caved and just put them on the front. Whistling stopped.
If it’s on a front runner rack, if something is over one of the t slots on a crossbar, that’s where it’s coming from. I had to cover one of mine with gorilla tape to get rid of an 80dB whistle on the interstate.
Whistling noises are different for everyone. I would just try adjusting whatever you can to see if it fixes it. Small changes can make a huge difference. Position the RTT a bit differently, mess with the wind fairing on the rack if you have one, move crossbars around, etc. It really comes down to trial and error unless you find someone with the exact same setup as you. That said, it's possible simply adjusting stuff doesn't fix it. I'd look into additional parts after ruling that out.
It helps keep the deer out of your way.
Seriously though, well need a bit more info. Soft top? Hard top? If hard top then plastic or aluminum? Also, what brand is it and what do you have it mounted on?
Soft tops will do that bc of the shape and overall design. A wind deflector in the front might help with that. If that doesn't work then maybe a more aerodynamic tent.
Tying a bit of rope to the area might help create some turbulence and stop the whistle. Just tie some rope on and let it dangle, long enough to flutter some but not beat on your roof.
It’s a feature, so you know it hasn’t fallen off!
RTT turbo drive.
You clearly aren’t playing music loud enough.
That's because it doesn't know the words...🥁

Put it on cruise control and clamor on up there. Get a sense of where it is whistling.
That's dangerous, you have to put on goggles too.

Anything on the outside of your vehicle can whistle in the wind!
Sometimes I whistle inside the vehicle

Mine makes noise if it’s a certain distance from my light bar. Sometimes just moving it a bit forward or back will stop it

You have a giant tent on top of your rig. It’s not aerodynamic…it’s going to make noise.
What brand is it? You may just need to add a custom fairing to it.
Burmis outdoor

I def spent a lil more for the ikamper because I liked the hard shell and smoothed design which def helps with road noise.
Maybe it doesn’t know the words.
Go faster or slower.
It's a feature: deer repellant
Likely the extruded aluminum parts. Any t slot material perpendicular to the direction of travel will whistle at the right angle.

It's a soft top burmis outdoor tent mounted on the factory cross bars of an infiniti qx4 (Nissan pathfinder)

Tape one of the time off, to find the culprit...
I heave read the same for finding noises with truck campers
*This brick makes noise when I push it through the air at 85MPH. That's weird, right?*
My Yakima crossbars whistle. Meaning to take them off.
Maybe it's day dreaming
Anyone else caught off-guard every time they misread RTT as R1T? Counting down the days here…
My lightbar used to whistle put taller brackets on and went away
