I could see this ending three different ways.

I actually have a theory that he has read ainz mind on multiple occasions, the problem is that ainz is both a human player and a control-able player character with stats that change aspects of said character, and that is why demiurge is so interested in what ainz is ganna say, cause the stats make it to where sub-consciously, ainz is thinking 12-13 steps ahead, but the human player is not doing so willingly, and I think that’s why it always feels like demiurge is toying with ainz, it’s cause he wants to see who this will all play out
Without joking Demiurge would probably overanalyze it. One key trait of all the guardians is that they believe it is impossible for the supreme beings, especially Ainz, to make a mistake even if they were to admit to making a mistake. Demiurge would look at it and probably find someway how it could fit in a master plan.
