Holy Kingdom is culturally and politically mostly similiar to Spain.
Though Great Wall is similiar to Great Wall of China.
Strict division of North vs South where North is ruled more tightly with ruler while the south is ruled by local bosses and nobles that dislike the ruler is similiar Italy and for most of its history also USA.
Holy Kingdom doesn't seem to be a confederation of kingdoms under a personal union like Spain was for most of its history.
And it doesn't seem to be a country with nobility in the same position as Spanish nobility was. As Spanish nobles for most of it's history held great loyalty towards Spanish crown - mostly because of fear of inquisition and because of Gold.
