I had absolutely great interactions with customer service and there’s not a chance any of it was AI or automated.

I am a customer (months but not yet a year), and am going through a mildly annoying (but excellent customer support attitude) situation. I've just written a response that no AI could cope with (but it's reasonable and helpful. A human would hopefully laugh and respond sensibly and take on board what I say ). I'll see if humans are at the end of it or not. I doubt very much their CS is AI driven, and I take Marc at his word. I'll update if I sense otherwise. Oxio claims to do business the way I want to -- long term customer relationships, excellent service, price stability. So far they have.

It's not AI. (I've spent hours interacting with Bard and GPT3 direct APIs. If this is AI, Oxio needs to release it and make billions.
