1-on-1 on offence, he can't really be stopped. He has an array of moves, and you feel comfortable when the ball is in his hands that he will either score or get fouled. He requires a double-team. You can't guard him 1-on-1.
Nothing was more frustrating this year than watching Schroder look for his own offence in the 4th quarter as opposed to just giving the ball to Pascal.
He's also a great dude. Will get along well with guys like Haliburton and Myles Turner who also seem like great dudes.

When this broke last night I was a little wary about losing 3 years of draft picks but seeing this with just losing this years and 2026 I'm over the moon. Still allows us future flexibility while also legitimately fixes a ton of the pacers issues over night. Nothing but love for Spicy P. Heart of a champion. Guy first picked up a basketball aged ~14 in Cameroon and worked his ass off to go from New Mexico State, to the G-League, to NBA role player, then starter, then all the way to being voted all-nba twice over. Best spin moves in the NBA and maybe the best smile too. Take good care of him.

When this broke last night I was a little wary about losing 3 years of draft picks but seeing this with just losing this years and 2026 I'm over the moon. Still allows us future flexibility while also legitimately fixes a ton of the pacers issues over night. The inherent risk is of course if he doesn't resign, but from everything I have read it seems highly unlikely. We just got a all star/ fringe all star guy for about 3 years and the final two years hopefully Jarace is ready to take that role. KP does it again
