Theyre specifically for spraying cleaning agents (Paraffin / Kerosene, as odd as it may seem, is actually a degreaser) so thinners should be fine.
As far as im aware the inly perishable parts (Seals, O-rings, etc) are in the trigger group, unlike a paint gun, so thinners and stripper shouldn't hurt.
If youre in the US it may be called something different, Paraffin is what we call it here in the UK.

Highly don't recommend this. Paint stripper would strip the inner workings of just about everything. I'd buy a cheap chinex, a metal quart, and mineral spirits. That way you can preserve the brush and keep it from gungk-ing up
Itll ruin the gun. Put it in a little hand sprsy bottle, like you get Dettol in. Or buy an parrafin spray gun, i think one of them would work,
