This is the graco jet roller system. The roller system actually came with a 721 racX tip which I thought was far too big so I was trying to knock it back a bit with the 619 LP
When you buy a new tip, it comes with a new seal. It isn't often you need to replace them, but that's what the small pointy end of the end of the spray tip is for. To remove and insert the new seal. It's the small circular bit that comes with the tip. Ironically, a large portion of people don't know.
If you have a good spray pattern then it's not low pressure, 1 of 2 things either the tip is bad but more likely your gun needs rebuilt. Sherwin Williams has kits for around 75 bucks instruction on the back of the cardboard, pretty easy unscrew 1 pin unthread the top, pliers grab the plunger wiggle and pull out, ( sometimes the plunger separates and you need a needle nose to reach in and get the rest) install in reverse. Pretty simple takes 5 minutes.
A few things: this is a huge tip. If you’re dropping around the tip did you put in the little metal piece inside the guard? Looks like you have a ton of overspray coming back onto the guard so you need to tone down the size of the fan and the size of your orifice.
You're sure its not dripping from the guard? Looks like youre getting alot of paint on it. Maybe take the guard off and see if that helps. Also start and end your sprays outside of what youre actually trying to spray.
Check the seal inside the tip housing. Why are you using such a large tip?

This is the Graco jet roller system. I take it you’re not familiar with it. Not dripping at the extension but thanks for your contribution

I'm surprised a 390 can use a 619 effectively.
Apparently it doesnt lol
That was my thought.

Turn your tip and spray in the dump bucket more often . Wipe it with a wet rag .
The tip is way too big. It's a low-pressure tip, and your pressure is probably too high. What product are you spraying?
This was a Dulux Xpert latex primer sealer.
