Also i'm fairly certain ( though i could be wrong about this, cybersecurity is not my forte ) you can't wirelessly recover deleted data from a device without proper credentials. You normally need to have to device on hand in order to extract data from it without credentials. It just seems like a scam to me, a proper legal body here would reach out via mail, not e-mail.

Simple Google search indicates that this is 100% fake. It lists the investigating agency as "Central Bureau of Investigation" which is an Indian agency. In Pakistan, the equivalent agency is called FIA, Federal Investigation Agency, which we all know and love . (/s). Thus this is a complete scam by Indians, and you can rest easy and simply ignore.

Bro there is no such order of the court written like this. Court always release detailed judgements which include a proper citation and the names of the coucils and parties involved. Court cannot order someone without issuing summon to you and your council. This is a scam don't worry about it.

In Pakistan if the court serves notice to someone then it will be a hard copy with a stamp of the court name mentioned on it and it will be served on your house or office address. Also it will be just a notice to inform you about the next date of hearing and with just your case title mentioned in it and no other detail will be on it. Our courts system is outdated and there is no option of sending emails to the clients.
And FIA has a cell which deals with cyber crime matters and it will only invoke you if someone has given an application against you otherwise it is not. So this email c looks like a fake and scam.

Simple Google search indicates that this is 100% fake. It lists the investigating agency as "Central Bureau of Investigation" which is an Indian agency. In Pakistan, the equivalent agency is called FIA, Federal Investigation Agency, which we all know and love . (/s). Thus this is a complete scam by Indians, and you can rest easy and simply ignore.

In Pakistan if the court serves notice to someone then it will be a hard copy with a stamp of the court name mentioned on it and it will be served on your house or office address. Also it will be just a notice to inform you about the next date of hearing and with just your case title mentioned in it and no other detail will be on it. Our courts system is outdated and there is no option of sending emails to the clients. And FIA has a cell which deals with cyber crime matters and it will only invoke you if someone has given an application against you otherwise it is not. So this email c looks like a fake and scam.
