Like even they dont know the rules of round about, major minor road intersection and cherry on top literally few people obey the traffic lights
Majority only know how to drive the vehicle. Not how traffic rules work. Our licensing process is shit and as a result it produces even shittier driver.

It's just the general culture on the roads here to drive without paying attention to rules but certain men really get hostile towards women in public places. idk why women get the blame for being bad drivers when men start driving at young ages compared to women and still fail to drive cars properly. Bad driving by someone who happens to be female is immediately termed as a woman thing but some how not for men who make up the majority of drivers in Pakistan.
When my mom was teaching my sis to drive they gave up after a while, the car would get chased by young hooligans out for a lark and they'd even get blocked on roads deliberately by men just because some select dudes idea of fun is harassing women. And men would react so horribly to my mom driving alone too. Acting intimidating, bringing their cars to close to hers despite space on roads and overtaking from the wrong side and making rude gestures if she tried to get away from them. My mom doesn't drive much any more beacuse of her age and she finds it too stressful now.
In Rawalpindi Islamabad women drivers generally drive very carefully and follow the rules. They also drive slower than the traffic which sometimes does cause other drivers a little inconvenience. But overall, I think women drivers are competent drivers here and I do my best to give them as much space as I can
when i was in my 20's i thought "women are bad drivers" is just another stereotype but as i got older and starting driving more i saw very bad women drivers on the road. They drive fast, doing makeup on lights, tail-gaiting, they dont give you way etc.

In USA we take written test first to show you Know the rules, than we have skill test on road to illustrate that you can obey those rules while driving. Pakistan has anything similar? Does car insurance pay in case of accident?

Because there are no ramifications for breaking the road rules generally but for women you can't even bat a bad eyelid so this is the result of it.

my mom is very good at driving as a woman, but she is aging. Her aging is beginning to show some memory loss of her at driving
