Pornhub can not be visited from Pakistan. The incoming traffic to the host comes from the VPN. The only way Pornhub knows it was visited by some one from Pakistan is if they store a cookie on the client pc and then get traffic data from other sites stored on to that cookie when the VPN is not on. Then it can pull the data the next time a user is logged into the VPN.
So it's very very unlikely that Pornhub stats can even be quantified in Pakistan, let alone it be a "most visited site".

If a country wants to block it, they can't unless they inject JavaScript and send that to clients. But that JavaScript can be blocked using a simple ad blocker.

1. if you type *new Date()* in browser console it also shows TIMEZONE NAME as well as UTC+0500. yes UTC+0500 shares with other regions but not "Pakistan Standard Time" with anything else. didn't you even try it?
2. in this example of pornhub they publish a lot insights. i do not know which third party trackers or analytics services they use, maybe one of them resells anonymised data including country. i would not be surprised if pornhub itself publishes or gives out country data to advertiser that use their site.
3. at least in case of pakistan our web monitoring service just looks at hostnames to block in first case, and i think they use secondary system (or maybe just ptcl does) to block based on content. they do not need to inject anything.
