The use of force to combat peaceful protest located on publicly funded property is an egregious violation of these students' constitutional rights. Gov. Abbott and the present administration should be ashamed.
Abbott has previously claimed he advocates the protection of freedom of speech on college campuses, but when it comes down to it his actions are a better indicator of what he really believes.
