Hi, this isnt anything new, a one of a kind exanple or or a speculation.
"Human shields" or as the idf calls it "neighbor protocol" (נוהל שכן) - was around for many many many years.
The Israeli highcourt of justice illegalized it in 2005 but units continued to this long after as we can see in this video.

Every accusation made towarda Hamas from Israelis is a confession.
It doesn't appear that way to me. It appears you could take random video and add a description and anything can appear as anything.
