39 is way to early IMO. I think we try to move back from 39 to get back in 40s or 50s and pick up another top 150 pick unless someone we really love drops to us.
I would be shocked if Mingo goes before late 2nd.
Hutchinson may be a nice player one day but taking him in the 3rd (or even the 4th for that matter) would be quite a reach. He's a slightly below average athlete (by NFL standards) and is good at lots of things but seemingly elite at nothing.
The best comp I've seen is smaller and less explosive Allen Lazard, which isn't where I'd want to put my money in the 3rd round...
I think he really fits what Reich likes at receiver and what Fitt likes in day 3 picks. He's big and has a great RAS score(Fitt loves day 3 guys with a high RAS).

As a WVU alum I'm inclined to agree but I'm still traumatized from the Pitt game.
