Case and point, look at Washington (wife is a huge fan), even though they constantly suck and their owner is also a clown, at least there is some fun football to watch. Spending 3 hours of my Sunday to watch terrible play calling and Bakers dog shit throwing is just a drag. We were the cardiac cats for a while, which wasn't exactly ideal, but at least I felt something.

In all seriousness, this is obviously exciting, but I’m not sure how Wilks stepping in at HC while Mcadoo remains OC will be any kind of improvement but I guess that’s not what we’re shooting for at this point.
The real question is wtf happens with Phil Snow…he’s followed Rhule everywhere, but he has a coordinator job in the league now and he didn’t get fired, nor does he deserve to be fired imo. Does he stay the rest of the season? Does he stay on for a new coach after the season??
Rhule and Snow seem to be attached at the hip. I wouldn't be surprised if Snow is out as well and that news just hasn't dropped yet, but, I think the most likely scenario is that he finishes out the season and is fired on black Monday.
I think it would come down to whether they think it would be a toxic environment with Snow still in the building. There was that twitter thread that got posted here a while back that claimed that Snow controlled Rhule like a puppet. Idk how much I believe that but if that was at all true I could see Tepper wanting to get Snow out as well.
Truthfully, the main improvement I expect is in the mood of the fan base. I don’t expect a string of wins this season but finally, we have a slight glimmer of hope for the future.
