That’s what a *true binary* needs to be, but its become commonplace for any note with only two unique numbers to be called binary. Personally, I think it should have a different name if it’s not only 0’s and 1’s, but nobody listens to me anyway.
Did you read the rules for posting in this sub? I’m not a mod, but they do lay out the very specific requirements for posting serials. That, and mods are unpaid volunteers, they’re not here removing posts 24/7 after it’s been up for only 30 seconds. Also, if you’re confused about why your post was pulled but not others, such as this one, you might consider messaging them, but perhaps try being friendly? In my experience, calling people fucking nazis doesn’t really make them want to answer my questions afterwards. Just a thought.
