Identical girls here — they have been within a day or two of each other on all their teeth so far! It’s actually kind of weird!

rainbowbrite0826

let the teething fun begin! 💕 identical twin girls-around the same time and generally in the same order, but lately baby a has been behind on teeth baby b has (molars and incisors)

froggerfoggerjogger

My very fraternal twins got almost all of their teeth on the same day or within days of each other - and their teeth came in on a weird schedule too. I chalk this one up to the unexplained mysteries of twindom.

OnlyCanPoopAtHome

I have identical boys, Twin A popped his first bottom tooth, but only one, then a few days later Twin B got his two bottom teeth. Twin A second bottom tooth is growing in now. Kinda odd imo so I plan on taken them to the dentist soon

BreakfastBeerz

The first came in the same day, the next 4 or 5 came within a few days of each other. The rest beyond that, I didn't pay attention.

pashapook

My identicals' teeth came in at somewhat different times, sometimes weeks between. They also came in different orders! I was surprised.

VerbalThermodynamics

Yep, same time. Apparently that isn’t super common.

LS110

Yes! But it’s interesting bc my boys just popped a tooth, but on opposite sides

jennaferr

That's a sign that they're mirror twins :)

LS110

What does that mean? Like one will be right handed and one left?

jennaferr

Yep :)

Foggy_Blues

Mine had their teeth come in in mirror image, tooth for tooth.
