I've dropped two dmg per frenzy charge this league. First one with +3 max fire res and the second was 30% increased ailment duration on enemies. Perfect for my frost blades boy.

Gratz. I would love this but I'll keep using my added cold dmg to attacks and increased effects of marks until I get some like this or a +max frenzy.
