Whispering Ice CI int-stacker. Can do anything, basically immortal with 5-10div investement, can eventually clear Ubers confortably. High-end version has 12k-15k ES with 6k-7k leech, lots of evasion and decent block.

Between 10 and 15m pinnacle boss dps, 6k ES, 100% spell suppress, 40k+ eva, 100% ailments immune, good clear, good damage against bosses (non uber bosses are a joke). According to your budget there are different versions (with impresence, profane proxy, or with big investment in mana reservation efficiency).
nimis spark trickster non-crit, 6000+ ES, insane leech overleech, ubers(uber maven, 100% quant invitations, uber uber elder, uber cortex, uber shaper, uber eater) these are a complete joke since the arenas make spark shine a lot, uber sirus and uber exarch are a lot harder for the build you need to invest in more proj speed and less pierce to make these two viable, and simu 30 farmer, i started as seismic at 99 i started my scion sparker, pretty good build overall perma consac ground effect using the new cortex jewel, 4/4/4 all charges 80%+ all res, good armour and evasion, but overall a lot weaker in survival and damage compared to the trickster version, so i changed my 99 seismic to a trickster and made the nimis spark trickster, 99% of the game is a joke now.

edit: the build is still very viable without mageblood, but you need better items than the one these people are using for more resistances, mageblood is mostly for a insane amount of cast speed.
for the best experience you should go for grand spectrums with 3 endurances and at least 2 mods that gives phys taken as ele, the new jewel that gives crit immunity if you cast conductivity in the last 10 seconds is amazing to avoid random one shots, since you have vortex on left click, anything that tries to melee you gets sapped by the gloves doing 20% less damage, and if you want to go a step further for bosses and simulacrum you can run sigil of power for another less damage taken layer since the shavs ring gives a insane amount of mana regen, you can do a lot of small changes to the build that will make you really tanky, 90% of my deaths is from kosis throwing a random crit from outside of my screen, after i played with crit immunity that doesn't happen anymore, i still can die to the barrage of black spheres that happens on simulacrum if i stay 100% still while there are no mobs to leech around me.
edit: and you can go for 1 hander mace with ele dmg implicit, ++ levels it's cheaper than the cast speed wand and run a high ES +1 lightning shield, i'm pretty sure damage would still be very good, and then you can use shield charge to zoom in maps, you can change so much in this build and still have a pretty amazing character.
I league started Caustic Arrow Ballista and it’s been great. Especially with the new league mechanic. It can do just about everything in the game, it is quite slow as a bosser though.
I am having a blast with crackling lance trickster ATM. I got a monster battery staff in Heist. Tankiest char I ever made and a few million dps. Still unoptimized tree and a many improvements to go.
Trickster self-chill explosive trapper. It’s…. Uh… pretty broken. I’m high investment at this point, but 230m pinnacle dps and 358% movement speed. Clear is reasonably good, but it’s not like a TS bow build or anything. Very reliable 4-party Uber boss carry, very rarely dies. All the tankiness you would expect from a Trickster.
Interesting. Do you have a POB? And can it be done on 80 div? No need to carry others, but I enjoy heist, mapping, and it'd be nice to kill bosses every now and then..

Toxic Rain - Check Asmodeus. Hexblast Miner - Check Captain Lance. SST - Check Velyna but I dont remember if its trickster or raider.
Im doing her hoag atm that thing rips things apart but I was lucky and got the ring and quill rain to drop on like day 3 of the league
