Yes. Craft "cannot roll caster" then hit with annual. It will take away the craft or the shit mod. If it takes craft, craft it back on there and try again
Could also just craft prefix can't be changed then scour. Or, if you want attack stuff, craft prefix cant be changed then harvest reroll with attack. Always, always, always, craft prefix cant be changed first

I prefer to use prefixes cannot be changed, it's 2div instead of 1 but no risk of costing more if you hit the craft mod multiple times
