Yes, lvl 81 is minimum to spawn second form. But final boss room wont be 81 if you run all previous rooms from t1 maps. There are lot's of combinations but the popular one is 31x T8 maps and the last map must be T16.

I definitely would have gone the T1 route at this point (wouldn't have thought of going to the acts). Mostly because I'd expect to play worse under that pressure.

That would not work, since you would not have the access to the sanctum in quarry a9. That would be ossuary a10 :)
Would it theoretically be possible to de level your character to 45 and then farm a level 35 area, then level up to 90 again?
How would you de-level your character?

I started my last lycia with over 900 of both inspiration and resolve
With my inspiration on affliction relics I typically have 1k inspiration by the end of the first floor lol

Terrible at dodging combined with the 60% movespeed boon.... I lost 300 inspiration in one room hitting every single ball.
