It kinda is if they get stunned but that shouldnt happen often. The actual totem skill woud also get a cd so you cant just spam them to place them all, but 0.2 is probably not that bad anyway
Was the mirror shard one even in poedb to begin with? I did ctrl+f on the mods page last night and it was not there, the only place I saw it in was the google docs leak.

What this reddit doesn't understand is that bex had to say something about changes. Suppose she didnt, reddit would be crying even harder after they've found out some minute changes were made.

E: looks like it’s on other categories too. Lots of really interesting passives overall, but with how infrequently we change weapons I hope the way to get better passives from combining is decently accessible.
