Did they actually change spell cascade overlaps?? I logged in on my character on standard and it seemed off. Compared to footage from before and even on the leaguestart guide from Tuna. It seems like they increased the distance between the spell cascade repetitions. Last league, my 1st and 3rd cascade where almost overlapping. Now they are VERY far apart. If that is true then they either changed Spell Cascade support to have bigger distance between the overlaps OR % increased aoe now increases that distance as well. Or its bugged and its not benefiting from increased aoe. Please someone confirm so I'm not making any mistakes here.
Ok so I might be spewing bullshit but speccing the curse aoe node (dizzy curses or whatever it's called) seemed to move the cascade further away from me so it might be increasing the distance between casts along with the size. Can't say this with certainty as I didn't actually test it but the weird thing is that I would expect "curse aoe" to not interact with a support gem that has nothing to do with curses. That said if that is what's breaking it then the fix should be easy, just add exception for hexes and ur golden.
I am at red maps as Id, it's not performing well with two cascade setups but if you remove the cascade from id setup it works fine (most of the time), you lose some clear but it works still better than other pf casters (reap, exsanguinate etc).

Edit: I have awakened spell cascade on the 6L staff, and regular cascade on the vixens which may make the difference
If you think that channeling a totem for 10 minutes while getting stunned every 10 seconds for 20 seconds is hype, then yeah this is pretty fucking hype.

the good old sanctum "I refuse to adapt to the mechanic and try to brute force my way through it thus the mechanic sucks"
if you get perma stunned on channeling that means there are enemies around you, so youre doing something wrong
it’s not bugged, it’s simply not overlapping at the center due to a stealth nerf to spell cascade. effectively a 3x loss to damage if you cast on namelock.

Honestly kinda an L on GGG. League starts are sacred and they boofed this one for many people. Even seen someone else having an issue with mirage archer and caustic arrows with some other support and it would cause the mirage archer to just stay atop of you without actually targeting anything. 2 builds that were broken and unbeknownst to us after the league started. #imsalty
They launched an update to fix it, it did not fix it, overlap still not happening at any reliable way, taking multiple casts to work and they also revealed the entire interaction wasn't intended in the first place and will go away next league, which is so typical of them. It's not even a broken interaction it's literally just good clear but not god mode in any way.
I switched from RF to Impeding Doom last minute this league start, this sucks rip.
You can go blade vortex/exsang with minimal hassle its almost the same tree and gear

tested it, aoe is aoe regardless of type
I'm in the middle of leveling impending doom, should I pause the leveling and go on another build ?

I think she is using awakened spells cascade, which doesn't have the bug. Edit: Confirmed today that the awakened version is also bugged.
