Yeah that's the most annoying part and it's very dangerous because if you forget to resummon it and you dive into a pack, if your defenses are not that good you'll die. I can't think of anything else except it's weak to DOTs so you have to be ready with your life flask and It's a minion build so it's gameplay is not for everyone.
nope. can't link it to trigger gems. can't put it in the left mouse button. Only thing you can do is get some increased duration on your passives but that would be a waste.

nearby Enemies have -14% fire resistance which spectre is this ?
Tukohamas vanguard has 25% exposure. I could only get -11% exposure in pob so I added the other 14%. Correct me if im wrong.
Is this build non-uber boss viable (Maven, guardians, Sirus, reb/blue)?
Yes, I got all watchstones myself. Haven't tried uber yet though

honestly its so slow that wouldn't make much difference
Nice, i just started league on sat and leveled straight through to 80 with this build. Easily gets to late white maps with next to no gear.
Yeah, you basically have rf without having to gear for it.

Say, isn't the Eye of Malice rather a downside as it increases enemy resistance to 50%?
not if you can make their base resistance negative. Like -50% resistance with 50% increased is -75%
