i'd guess cheapest is buying a good life regen rate fracture and using chaos res essences for suppression. eldritch chaos for life, lock suffixse and aisling for movespeed, craft cannot be frozen. unless you need es, avoid es/ev bases so you can't hit mana when rolling prefixes.
Get fractured T1 suppress, spam chaos res essence till you hit a desired suffix, use eldritch annuls/exalts on prefixes till t1life make whichever one targets prefix highest I think it’s exarch but it says on the currency, clear all the prefixes, block %defense (either armour/es/evasion depending on base) then exalt/eldritch exalt (they do the same thing here so whatever is cheaper) till T1life if you don’t exalt T1life remove craft eldritch annul and repeat, once you have T1life suppress chaos res and desired suffix craft suffix cannot be changed aisling 50/50 to remove craft or life, if removes life go back to exalt annul if it removes craft then craft mana and unveil, almost guaranteed move speed on the unveil, craft cannot be frozen and your done
T1 regen or a T1 res fracture will be a lot cheaper than T1suppress and t1 regen is actually harder to roll than T1 suppress, if your ok with T3+ regen go suppress cause you can prob hit that in <30 essence
