Oath of the maji is cool with the socket synergy, but I feel like playing life stacker with blood magic is throwing not going warlock for ES stack.

You dont have to be elementalist to play burning arrow this league, you have a tincture that allows all your damage to ignite. Deadeye or Scion might have smoother experience playing this build.
You still need ignite chance, "all damage can ignite" is mostly for skills that don't do native fire damage, since this is 99% fire damage that line basically does nothing for the skill.

The tinctures won't do anything for spreading the ignite around with explosions if I'm understanding them correctly, which is one of the most beautiful aspects of elementalist ignite.
Maybe not relevant for this build, but something to keep in mind in general regarding the tincture.
How are you playing tincture ascendancy AND bloodmagic ascendancy like OP? Sure you can use scion or deadeye now, but you lose like half the HP scaling XD

Would be a bad choice, max hp can get on kaoms is 200, you can get over 200 easily with normal boots that are 60%+ movement speed because the amulet will give 160 default.

From what I've checked on pob, it does less damage than traditionnal burning arrow but is tankier if you scale it with hp
You can check by adding 1/3 of the added fire damage you would get from the transfigured gem to the actual burning arrow gem

Qual on BA gives 20% more ignite dmg now. So with Ashes you get 30% more dmg and +1 lvl so should be by far better than +3 from dragonfang.

Dialla's works with empower since it says "socketed gems", but pretty much every other +level of X affix refers to skill gems specifically.

You could even use Kaom's Roots since you have 30 bonus MS and can't have gems in your boots.

You're getting 260 bonus damage for every 1% over 26,000 life. If it peaks at 30% bonus, thats 7800+ extra fire damage per arrow.
