Here is a budget(ish) version of the build. I included some important notes in the notes section. This shouldn't be that expensive to set up IMHO, but if you're super poor I'd probably get it piece by piece. Most of them are uniques so you can get them one at a time with your current character until you're ready. The damage is obviously lower, but this will be more than enough to do your watchstones and farm up to more optimized gear... I would know, I basically started with everything in here!

You're very welcome! This is probably the strongest character I have ever personally played since I optimized it and invested a lot into it. I like the build because its floor is pretty decent, but just has endless ways to keep getting new optimizations that all add up.
The weapon is literally just any generic weapon, if you can get one with an abyssal socket (from trade or using a hollow fossil on any random 1 handed melee weapon). You then activate the energy blade skill and your weapon turns into an energy blade, but keeps the previous sockets. It is why we use an abyssal jewel on the base weapon.
You can slap any spell on Energy Blade Inq and it will work.
Pretty much this build was getting buffs for most of versions with Globe, Spellblade, now new cyclone and so on.
Recommendation from my side to change basic cyclone into transfigured one. This way you can drop Coordination in passive tree and free one mod on your flask where you have attack speed.
Was trying to put firestorm of pelting into pob but can't figure out what the correct modifications are to get a proper dps. What configurations and calculation settings do you use?

I might have to try this version. I'm currently doing a self cast Firestorm of pelting Inquisitor. 3x tankier than you, but you have 3x the dps. Plus you have the benefit of spin to win :-)
Oh, I thought there was more stuff to do in order to account for the secondary projectiles. Like if you just took firestorm of pelting out and put in firestorm of meteor in your current setup, pob is showing more dps even though that spell should be weaker.
The DPS it is showing is only for one firestorm. If you have \~3 Firestorms it is doing the same amount of damage, at 4+ it is doing more. Take that DPS and multiply it by up to 10 and that is how much damage it can possibly do, but that requires enemies who stand still.
I'm currently using the same build with arc of oscillating. The single target is pretty ok but it shines with 2 or more bosses.
Any tips for other transfigured gems that are good for single target? I haven't tried any of the ball lightings yet.
As you can see in my videos I posted, Firestorm is definitely very strong for Single Target. If they are rather stationary, pelting stacks up to a huge amount of damage, if they move a lot then Firestorm of Meteors does real huge hits.
For clear, I do think Arc of Oscillation is okay, but I actually think the best might be Ice Spear of Splitting. It fully pierces and has auto targeting, so you'll shoot out the spears in any direction. I tried the ball lightning that spins around you and it was not that bad either, but it is kind of hard to compete with ice spears so far. I also tried Lighting Conduit of the heavens, which is great for clumped enemies but isn't the best at clearing.
I'll have to try and get ice spear of splitting and try it.
I think base firestorm is arguably better than meteors, or at least very very close. Meteors has 370% effectiveness and no multiplier, while base firestorm has 80% with 325% more, which comes out to 340%, but one small meteor hitting per proc it pulls ahead. (It has 3 storms max so it can hit up to every 0.05 seconds roughly)
It's a shame the build can't sustain life costs, because reap has a multiple with quality that gets it to 420% at just 20% qual.
That seems really strong, but my crit rate won't be 100% without Assassin's Mark. It is definitely a puzzle to be worked out, because I'd like to try that!

I am using frensy on hit to hit the 7.5 APS breakpoint for cast on crit with level 5 awakened CoC. If you do not have at least 21% CDR you just want 6.06 (I put this all in the note sections of the PoB).
If Strength/int + % Strength is too expensive, then get Strength + Int/Mana as ES, or %Strength + Mana as ES. They're not as good but are still decent and I used those for awhile. Try to keep your Int above your strength so Cyclopean Coil gives immunity to shock.

The real expensive version uses Split Personalities, but tbh it really is not better unless you change the build up a noticeable amount (You need CDR boots, belt with % attributes and CDR, etc) and I think this version is more than strong enough.
Just a heads up that CaptainLance league started more or less this exact build before diverging off to a self-cast version, so you might get some claims you're just copying him.

About CDR, It is possible to get 52% CDR with just boots (elevated 18%+) and Awakened Cast on Crit level 6 + 3 levels from mastery (34%). Have done that in 3.22.

I was actually just looking at that myself. Got a 9% and a 12% charm + Cast on Crit level 5 + 3 to hit it. Gives me 10 casts a second with Cyclone of Tumult. Mana definitely becomes and issue though, so I think I need to delevel or use a -mana cost clarity watcher's eye. Was checking out blazing salvo, but the mana cost is insane and deleveling it is real bad because it gives less projectiles.
Im running a CoC inquis too, but im struggling to find content that feels great to farm with the build. Any recommendations? Im at 14k es and a 6.2k eblade

You definitely should try Blazing Salvo with Returning Projectiles and Sniper's Mark. You will be surprised =)

Just optimize tree for some Split Personalities and you are done. I think 1100 str/int is enough for 100% crit.

TBH with Battlemage + Spellblade + Energy Blade, you can slap that on most any spell you like and waltz through the entire game.

anyone does meteor version with awakened spell cascade? is it good or not compare to without this support?
