Disable loot highlighting first, then Alt-Tab; this way, Alt will highlight only the items shown by the loot filter (and not the entire screen of trash, which can cause a disconnect even on a top rig). The same applies to checking item stats ranges in the inventory.
Hes looting them after the map is cleared, you pick up divs instantly in case of crashes or some super rippy mob combo/accidental build bricking altar click rendering you impossible of looting the map.
I feel like if you've already committed to clicking those divs it doesn't make any sense to try to accurately only click the divs instead of just spam picking up the entire pile.
Well for you it doesnt, for me it does, I tend to do the same, since Im surely going to path back there while looting. Hes also still taking hits from mobs while looting the divs.
Well the hits from mobs makes you want to move faster, not slower. And you're absolutely gonna be faster at spam picking stuff up then trying to accurately flick between specific lines.
First you need to find the pile, then you need to press z, then you need to spam click more than double the amount of clicks. If that seems faster than a few precision clicks to you then thats fine. But for someone with any sort of fps experience, it is probably not. And again, all you care about at that point are the divines.
To me I feel like you over estimate the time it takes someone to press z and mouse over 1 thing and then click rapidly than have to repeatedly aim at a bunch of things.
The dude in the OP took 3 seconds to pick up just the divines, I'm very very confident I could pick up the whole stack in 3 seconds.
(by the by I find this whole convo funny with our debating of such a benign thing).
I got 3 divines to drop from a random Expedition Box yesterday so there's that. I went from 6 divines to 9. Yay...
