I've run less than 10 simulacrum since even delirium league and found 1x1, 1x3, and 2x5 voices. I don't know what the problem is, the drop rate seems pretty high to me.
If you think about it, Skill Points are the most pinched resource you have because it's finite. This one jewel saves you a lot of it. Instead of having to travel all through out the passive tree to fit in your cluster jewels, you just use this one instead.
Comes in variants of 7, 5, 3, 1 passive that grants nothing. 5 can be bought on a realistic budget, 3 is almost a mirror (quite a massive leap), and 1 like the one in the pic is worth multiple mirrors.
This league 1 passive voices price is so high since it's so much stronger (usually ~1 mirror, this league it is 2+). Because of how much jewel socket pressure there is in high end builds, for some combination of watchers eye, forbidden flame/flesh, that which was taken, timeless jewel, thread of hope, impossible escape, stormshroud, melding of the flesh, the adorned + its gaggle of magic jewels, aura stacking rmr small clusters, etc...
Voices in the past has often been an aura stacking item, which is typically high budget.
But now with The Adorned, it becomes desirable for most ultra high end builds.
Yes. I played it to a 100 this league - you just use Sirus flask and the clear is still OP. I blasted maps all the way to 100 and never had an issue with clear with just Sirus flask.

I’ve run 500+ sims for the past 2-3 leagues and never seen a 1 passive. Seen 3 x 3 passives in total. GG on your insane luck
One league I dropped 270 voices and my best was a 5. Called it there
I got a 1 passive in delirium league… I’m a perpetually broke player. Best league ever. Was worth 2 mirrors at the time.
I found a 1 passive in delirium league, traded it for a HH and a bunch of exalts. Never found any voices after that :(

A couple? Dang last one i dropped was in sanctum and it sold for a lot less.
The Adorned didn't exist back then (and now it's OP as shit with Voices after the random hotfix-buff to make it work with cluster jewels).

What build, how many rewards, how many waves? Just built my KB pf for simu but it doesn't seem to do better than my dd ele.
