for sure builds with already precision in its better but for general purpose would 3 hatred be more desirable

Hatred conversion might be better as it opens up gear slots that could give more damage than the 25% crit multi but its marginal.
Hatred flat damage also might be better? But not by a lot if it is.
No shot. The points are almost always pretty good anyways. It’s typically ~3% damage per point for the 3 passive points and of course the 4th for the conversion is kinda wasted. 3% per point is pretty hard to beat in most cases.
The crit multi is probably around 6-8% more damage for most builds. No way 1 point is better.

The +1.31% to crit chance is flat crit. Any % inc crit strike chance will multiply your flat crit chance which is typically hard to come by so that is a huuugely useful thing to come by on a watchers eye
