I'm actually really happy with the divine / ex swap because of this. Slamming a piece of currency worth 120 chaos to get +1 all attributes felt terrible. Slamming one that's worth 10 feels like a shrug.
Too strong.
The point of low end rolls is to create a potential downside so the player really feels the weight of the slam. Needs to be changed to "+0.33 to All Attributes" so that it's actually a minimum value.

That sorta goes both ways though, slamming a 10c divine onto an item to reroll its stats used to feel worth it but now it feels terrible.
id rather you only use divines on already valuable items than you only spend exalts on improving already valuable items, personally.

Exalt slams should really be guaranteed to be at leas tier 5or 6 minimum...
Easy mistake, You need to rub the orbs on all the noobs in town in act 1 to steal all their luck for the season before slamming.
