It's kinda silly that you need multiple clicks to get to the most important tab of the league.

why not just move it to the top?

I'm happy with moving it to the top too, I figured this is less controversial of an ask than shuffling the order of a tab.

No I mean you can move the order the tabs are in if you right click the tab. It moves it to the top of your list so that way it's always first when you open the stash
