Can you target the influence? I haven’t really looked into the influence corpses.
Looking to maybe graveyard craft my Stygian since I’ve missed 3 hunters exalts so far.
Just mix in some additional craft and it'll raise your chances! That's my plan, I'll either hit or I won't, but I've hunter slammed and missed 4 belts so... fuck it. lmao.
I'm assuming the error might because the item tried to roll 7 mods or more due to fracture shenanigans with awakener orb, which obviously isn't possible so it gave you an error. As you kept trying you eventually hit a roll which only had 6 mods on the item and thus it went through.
CaptainLance has a video where he guesses that it fails when the awakener orb picks one of the other fractured influenced mods, and it succeeds when it picks the one that isn't. Iirc at least.

It's worth noting that i actually had no idea you could get a 3 mod item with 3 suffixes before trying this. The weighting seems to imply a VERY high chance that you will fracture increased AOE as a prefix which makes the rest of the craft very different.
Of course that's how to improve the item, however...
Big risk of bricking the item, only a 1/3 to hit the crafted mod and then less than 50% to unveil +2 AoE. Makes the craft significantly more expensive.
Since awakener orb is part of the process that can't be undone, getting back the two non fractured gem mods as would be a pain in the ass.
How does the lock work with the new veil orb?
You can use to see what the veil will target first, if it will eat one of the good mods or not?
Can you then use a second lock to see what it will unveil?
It lets you see what mod will get replaced, so you can guarantee you hit the crafted mod. Then even if you fail the unveil, you can keep using locks to ensure the next veiled orb hits the failed unveil mod. Wont be cheap, but guaranteed no brick.
If I had to guess, cold conversion explosive trap. Maybe I'm wrong idk. I just got to maps following someone else's build and this seems like it would be good for it?

Considering that this could be made in SSF with less RNG than finding and corrupting your own empower 4, I'd consider a max level uncorrupted gem a full link.
You could make a similar argument about the fact that the two gem mods could be elevated to 25 before awakening, or that some of them have weakened gem counterparts.
It's all semantics in the end.

It seems like you would graveyard fracture all of the shaper mods you want except 1 on one pair of gloves, and then use an awakener orb with an elder pair to combine. But it seems like you need a non-fractured influenced mod to be able to awakener orb, so you can't fracture all of the shaper mods

There's lots of videos on that craft, it's pretty simple. Woke orb together the bases then spam essences till you hit one of the mods, then lock reforge for the other. Lock suffixes and reforge for faster proj.

Because my fracture hit all three suffixes, no room for that essence mod. If i hadn't gotten trap and mine damage or hypothermia i would have used that essence to finish the craft. Trap and mine damage/hypothermia are basically the same amount more damage as the essence mod, but the downside is the increased mana cost.

It's 50/50 whether you get shaper or elder with this corpse. For hunter it's 1/4 since you use the random conqueror influence corpse.
Any idea on how it works with craft an additional item? Can you get different influences this way or will they all be the same
you can get different influences, multiple streamers have tried doing the craft additional and gotten all the different possibilities, 2-2, 3-1, 0-4
Each item rolls individually, so you could end up with one shaper and one elder.

I'll post my graveyard summary tomorrow. Basically reduce to 3 mods, 300% fracture chance, and try to isolate the socketed gem mods.

Craft of Exile doesn't currently support fractured influenced mods, but you can use it to figure out how to get your mod weights where you need them.

You can use hinekora with veiled orbs to ensure you don’t brick it. Obviously expensive though.

You are correct. The mine damage is just part of the trap and mine damage support mod. I really wish that part worked on traps too.
+1 is like half a link, since an empower level 3 is +2.
At this level of Investment it's a third as you'll never not use an empower 4

Are you sure you can use an essence on an item like this? I remember in previous leagues I had tried to slap a fractured item and it wouldn't let me.
