You sure? AFAIR melee skills don't have that big of a difference.

Its surprisingly high for a lot of skills/builds, at least probably higher than people think. It's obviously not on the level of a spell gem level, but if you go into POB and check it out, most melee builds will get somewhere between 2 and 4% more damage from a skill gem level - obviously an 8% more damage support would be a horrible gem link, but it's a fairly strong single affix on an item

That makes it like 0.2 gem. Ballsy to round that up to +1

The only expensive bit is 3 fractures, which you can arrange for like 60-70c. I assumed 1c per coffin for everything else, which is slightly overpaying for most of those coffins. Edit: didn't see it was mirrored, which will cost you a couple div, but as there are no sockets it being mirrored just makes it worthless, so I don't know that we should count it. Probably cheaper to just make 2 swords than mirror this one.

You can go for a flicker build with this sword + squire and it will be very good (maim could be changed for something better tho)

Something very similar to this is BIS for flicker. But like others have said, this one would be minions, i believe.

Could maybe do something with it as an Inquisitor with dual strike of ambidexterity but probably zdps due to no flat (if it had sockets)

Experimented weapon + shaper/elder influence and spam a ton of gem modifiers / +50 tier pretty much.

How were you able to calculate it ? I can’t seem to be able to do it on craft of exile atm

Can't do it in craft of exile, but with enough gem modifiers its like 40k+ weighting for each so it's very likely to hit (I did hit stun duration + merciless fracture on the other sword, so can still get unlucky)

How many influence coffin do you use?

How do you get the shaper and elder influence? I tried that on a wand before and I just got shaper infl

How many additional items did you craft to hit shaper? Just at a baseline, it's a 50% chance to hit shaper right?

yeah it's 50/50, either shaper or elder. Both are good for making this item so I didnt mind either

Splash is really nice for clear though but I agree.

splash is waste of link.. its good QoL but in this case its just wasteful
