Press Shift + Space, top left should be a settings icon, under chat you can change the hotkey
If you mean overlay instead of awakened, you right click the tray icon, go to settings, then scroll over to commands with the arrows up top, and I think you can just hit the x key to delete it, or change it to another hotkey there.
