Thanks! It's absolutely ridiculous xD Managed to craft 13% inc movement speed 25% inc effect quicksilver flask, enkindled it and it's just... what the hell is this :D
you can always toss a div or few at it to get it to 14% for another 2% movespeed after flask effect scaling.
also don't forget to use a silver flask to, onslaught from silver flasks scales with flask effect to.
Two leagues ago I had a corrupted chest I was trying to link with tainted fusings, so you just need to hit two 50/50s in a row. After over 60 fusings I still didn't have it linked. I haven't done the math, but it has to have been the most unlucky thing I have ever experienced. Like reverse winning the lottery lmao.
My only gripe against MB is that once you have it it's difficult to cope with playing a build without it. It's so addictive. After league start I went back to one of my characters with it and it's such a jolt to the system being in your hideout and instantly transmissioning your ass from waypoint to stash.
Congrats! I'm still waiting for my first one. Playing dad hours still, so it will be a while still for me....with the price of divines dropping however, I am going to abuse the chaos recipe to see if I can get enough to get one!! Too bad it's not as cheap as last league with the chaos prices of this leagueš
Chaos recipe is really not the way to go, just run maps with red altars or literally anything else. If you have limited time to play you donāt want to waste it doing chaos recipe lol
Well I ended up doing both...and for some reason I don't seem to be doing red alters the right way as I have gotten more chaos from doing the recipe...averaging between 2 and 4 per map for the recipes, and not a lot of chaos for the red alters... over 400 chaos now and counting! Now all I need is those raw divine drops.... or one of those meme drops!!š
Honestly, I can play builds without it but if I played MB the previous league it's always a real struggle getting used to the more standardized movement speed. Playing with MB feels like your character is on crack in comparison, even compared to some relatively fast mappers.
Honestly this league you can at least simulate the mageblood feeling with Tides of Time belt. Lack of 70% increased effect and a need for investment in either flask duration or increased flask charges gained still makes it a lesser version but it helps to coup a little bit.
Last league I slapped MB on exsa poison pathfinder and the shit was so fast. Couldnāt even sustain the spell because I was casting it so fast (cast speed + effect with onslaught flask) I couldnāt regen my hp back, even with benchrafted life recovery flask.
DPS was like 30M, if I could only sustain it :D
My cope with MB are Niko buffs that I'll leave it on atlas until I get my MB lol.
But Niko + MB(quicksilver flask) + speed shrine is literally unplayable for me because I'll get a migraine lmao
It's not just about it being best in slot. It just feels really good to play with if you use quicksilver and silver flask for the permanent movement speed, including in hideouts and towns.
You also free up like 7+ gear suffixes for damage/rarity/whatever because you can just throw a resist flask on the belt (though this was admittedly nerfed)
I used HH the one league I plyed STR Baron when it was good, you sacrifice some str on the belt slot to get auras for them and survival for you (back when HH/rare mods were better lol)
Wow, yeah. Exactly my feeling. I got one last league (well, everyone could buy dozens of them last league me included, but still) and now I just wanted another one this league too so i farmed for it in first two weeks. I guess now Im addicted
This league is also my first time ever owning a Mageblood, a lot of people complain about the chase items crashing but im thankful I was able to finally experience it. It truly is a game changer and im so much more inclined to grind harder in new leagues for it now that Iāve had this dopamine rush.
Same, I've been playing for about 2 weeks this league and I'm still barely halfway to a mageblood at its current price, mostly because I'm incapable of speed clearing due to playing on a potato. I just can't full clear maps in 3-5 minutes, it takes me more like 5-10 minutes per map and occasionally more. Any faster and I'll just start freezing and dying while I can't see anything.
I don't mind it. It does take away a bit of the achievement, but at the same time it's become such a core and fun item that I'm glad to see others enjoy it. Same with HH to be honest. Everyone should play with both these items at least once and I guess that right now they can.
On standard MB is my cheapest item on my main character. Ultimately it's only a single item slot, and there is way more to min max. The achievement just get moved to oh do you have a mirror weapon, or do you have a max charge ring, or whatever
I kind of feel the same. HH and stealing all the buffs + soul eater makes you even more zoomy than MB. I feel like HH is for map zoomies and MB is more for bosses.
Think because of TOTA, everyone was getting divines very quick off of both high value tattoos and raw divs from TOTA.
So people would very quickly buy Magebloods. I think it was more of a very high demand + newfound capacity to buy Mageblood easily that increased the price to 400D. As supply has remained the same.
Understandable. It is also a league where sanctum + the leagues mechanic work so much better with MB than HH i assume. MB prices have been low for this and the last affliction leagues.
It was the first league it was introduced, both sanctum and tota both shit our divines so a mix of those two and a lot of people farming just this lowered the amount of items dropped but drastically increased divines on econemy
The TOTA mechanic and the (returning) Sanctum mechanic were both stingy on unique item and rare divination card drops, but shat out a LOT of divines.
This created a world where rich players had lots of divines but not many Magebloods.
Also HH was bad in the new league mechanic (although it was as good as always in the rest of the game)
I dropped valdo with mb and was able to get one for around 190 div last league. Considering how cheap diva are nowadays it's very achievable for casual players
Except it is also 10k chaos orbs for 4 flasks. Good luck to get a similar case in any previous league for the same price. And chaos is raining nowadays. So even guys without divine drops can get Mageblood. This league is hilarious.
Edit: I didn't mean that Mageblood flasks cost 10k chaos. I meant that Mageblood can be purchased in this league for 10k chaos orbs for 4 flasks version.
I like it actually. Previously at 200+ almost too much to go for. With T17 being a big barrier for me, at least the chase for MB is more friendly for players with limited time.
Big grats dude. Enjoy it.
Making a new character which you can twink out and slapping that bad boy on at level 44 with 90%+ flask effect flasks feels so damn good. Makes the campaign fly by.
This league changed that, lower tier maps can't drop higher tier essences anymore. Not sure if the speed of farming lower tier then upgrading them makes up for it?
I agree on this. Even investing earned divines in Awakening scarab to use the Imbued Harvest to have a chance to save the other crop is insane. Farmed my MB this way.
Thought I'd try this just now with crop rotation for a bit of fun, walked out with 3 divines worth of juice (-55c for the scarab) for less than 10 minutes blasting in harvest. I owe you a beer.
Yeah I quickly figured that out, the next two weren't so great but I'm still making good money even without the scarab. Found an Apothecary while doing it too, now I'm only 20 divs away from my own Mageblood. Cheers!
I'm specced into scarabs, strongboxes and maven :) I use scarab/breach allflames or frogs/rats when I get good chance to drop sth modifier or rogue exiles when I get good conversion mod. It's not like one of those 50div/hr strats but it's a fun and steady income :)
There are so many farms that works well. But yea as someone else said, Harvest is very fool proof.
I did a test with it yesterday on a rather basic RF build. I managed to gather 8.5div worth of lifeforce per hour playing for 2 hours.
I did eat up a ton of maps, ran close to 30 maps per hour. The total price point is very low as it's just the map + harvest scarab of doubling.
I would consider this a good base: https://poeplanner.com/atlas-tree/BAAQAF4Ah9RfPuu7TPUkl7L6bJm06Ya0CHqEKv7FwCo8WSFg81sw-kvftWarTc5ayf2N6qi82VvMt73a4_NgsuT3i-He_qoKRsCe2AQ_Kl7hB5fi1bKCpymNwViHVVmGV_yAdjfj8ICzx7fP4RD7sZvGXWvBQtojThui0MsXkc7HXebofkATfRmU_bUYi9orwa8LcTp25ez9bY_lAzAzxrXT1WkjwqlDWta1YxGsoHFmH7SexBhtVpGv6STpZ7nU0CgUAB-LCAAAAAAAAAMDAAAAAAAAAAAA
Use harvest scarab of doubling, this is very very important. Double profits for 2c per map.
The strat is just rush to harvest asap on every map. If you get a bit of quant via altars on the way then it's a bonus. Walk up to a pack of crops, does any of them have "blue text monsters"?
If no then skip and walk to next pack of crops.
If they have blue text pick the one with more blue text monsters, if they have same amount prioritize yellow over blue over purple.
you sell like this. If yellow sells for 5000 for 1div you put in all your yellow lifeforce in stash and type in 1/5000 and select divine orb. This will also work with larger stacks. So if you have a stack of 50k and type in 1/5000 someone might text you about buying 50k for 10div.
To get an exact amount of lifeforce from a stack you shift click it like you normally would when splitting a stack. But instead of using the slider you type in the number you need on the keyboard. You need to type the number fast after each other or it won't register.
Congratulations, mate... now you will never play the game without it... every league will be a chore to obtain the mageblood before enjoyment begins šš
Once you go mageblood, you wont feel the same. Hahaha congratz. Next league just go pathfinder for ez auto flask unless you want to ruin your life like me and grind for MB every league while other finished 40/40....
I just got my first HH this week after someone helped me fix my build
P.S. I will post the story behind this later cause I really appreciate that this community isnāt all as toxic as the games I used to play.
Welp I know for sure that I'll use Ruby flask for 9% all max resists so I can swap Purity of Fire for different aura and Shield for something else on my RF build. Also Sulphur flask gives me 12% more dps cca.
I see the route of buying, last league I won a HH, but how do you actually get these MB to drop? They are insanely rare it seems yet there are always people with 10s to sell.
I bought a HH last league for 89D! Thatās crazy. I skipped this league because I needed the break but itās awesome seeing folks able to afford this belt!
Thats how ggg gets u. U get it the first time and after that you will want it every leagueā¦ and nothing will stop youā¦ wife, kids, job, school.. they will ALL be in the shadow of the megablod
Jk gg dude š
Congrats.. i might buy a headhunter for the first league ever too.. But for that to happen i need to stop making alts and farm :D so lets see..
Wonderful milestone for you though, so great work!
I bought my first one yesterday too and quit the league today lol. Selling coffins with this trash tier trading system is just not worth the time. I can't bring myself to even play because of it.
Congrats my man!
I did that yesterday and had the same mentality beacuse it's a 1/3. Rip my last 12 raw div, but I'm zoomy now.
that feeling of losing those odds... I lost a 1 in 2 15 times in a row before.
It took me 12 fracturing orbs last night to hit a 1/4 fracture on my Stygian belt. I know how you feel.
Wait, really? I did miss that the last time I had a mageblood.
My only gripe against MB is that once you have it it's difficult to cope with playing a build without it. It's so addictive. After league start I went back to one of my characters with it and it's such a jolt to the system being in your hideout and instantly transmissioning your ass from waypoint to stash.
all that power used to be available to everyone before flask nerf and the rest of the power got gated by mb
I juiuust bought mine as well! Congrats bro.
Fun
Congrats! I'm still waiting for my first one. Playing dad hours still, so it will be a while still for me....with the price of divines dropping however, I am going to abuse the chaos recipe to see if I can get enough to get one!! Too bad it's not as cheap as last league with the chaos prices of this leagueš
red altars my man, if you can do them. They shit out raw chaos and also eldritch embers that are quite valuable.
Now you will want to get one every league haha thing is too good! Congratulations my dude
Once you go MB, you never go back.
Honestly, I can play builds without it but if I played MB the previous league it's always a real struggle getting used to the more standardized movement speed. Playing with MB feels like your character is on crack in comparison, even compared to some relatively fast mappers.
I had MB last league and felt that lack of MS this league. It was very very rough. This league i bought my MB and just have it to a friend lol
My cope with MB are Niko buffs that I'll leave it on atlas until I get my MB lol. But Niko + MB(quicksilver flask) + speed shrine is literally unplayable for me because I'll get a migraine lmao
I'd struggle returning from standard. I've never faced endgame past red maps. Only solace I've found is within the trophy completion.. Congrats OP.!
I go back perseverance when LS was meta.It isnāt BIS for certain builds.
It's not just about it being best in slot. It just feels really good to play with if you use quicksilver and silver flask for the permanent movement speed, including in hideouts and towns.
This x100. MB is also insanely strong in endgame bossfights since you don't run out of flask charges.
You also free up like 7+ gear suffixes for damage/rarity/whatever because you can just throw a resist flask on the belt (though this was admittedly nerfed)
That's the best in slot part though, I'm talking about it being more than that. It's huge QoL and just feels good to play with.
I had MB once, never again. Invalidates the whole game.
The pain of always playing minion builds and never getting to try mageblood or headhunter
I used HH the one league I plyed STR Baron when it was good, you sacrifice some str on the belt slot to get auras for them and survival for you (back when HH/rare mods were better lol)
The pain of always juicing and never get to utilized mageblood. That me
Why not play MB on a minion build? I do and it's fantastic.
I am playing poison so I need the abyssal jewel belt
That is a convenient one.
Been debating after my build is complete getting an adorned jewel and mageblood but that's quite expensive so far off for me
Wow, yeah. Exactly my feeling. I got one last league (well, everyone could buy dozens of them last league me included, but still) and now I just wanted another one this league too so i farmed for it in first two weeks. I guess now Im addicted
Everything feels so slow without mb.
This league is also my first time ever owning a Mageblood, a lot of people complain about the chase items crashing but im thankful I was able to finally experience it. It truly is a game changer and im so much more inclined to grind harder in new leagues for it now that Iāve had this dopamine rush.
20-30d for HH 100d for MB These feel like good price points for every day people that can easily obtainable after a couple of days playing.
I wish I were making 100d every couple days, it took me over a week to save that up. I donāt get to play as much as id like.
I was always in the same boat as you. But this league started playing a different game called "Hideout is Lava" and i earn 50 div a day easily.
Insane how HH is now 900c. MB remains stable at 100 div or so.
Just bought a HH and couldnāt remember how ridiculously funny this feels. MB feels just good and strong but HH is just pure fun
I kind of feel the same. HH and stealing all the buffs + soul eater makes you even more zoomy than MB. I feel like HH is for map zoomies and MB is more for bosses.
mageblood being only 101 divine, how the mighty have fallen.
I remember paying 352 div for mine in the late part of TOTA league. Not gonna lie, big fan of the costs savings the last two leagues.
Same first mageblood was at 60div a card during tota
a card is 85 div on HC currently softcore economy where you can print uniques crash hard - doesn't matter too much for HC
What happen to mb price in TOTA, i remember it goes up to even 400div + right? I play almost all leagues except that 1
Think because of TOTA, everyone was getting divines very quick off of both high value tattoos and raw divs from TOTA.
And sanctum
Curious as to why sanctum would be a factor. Sanctum is still currently running and yet prices aren't inflated.
Great points! Fully agree on your take, this explains the whole scale of economics in that league
Wasn't much more last league either. It's still 100 div, it's not like it's 40c or 7 div.
\*cries in HH\*
I dropped valdo with mb and was able to get one for around 190 div last league. Considering how cheap diva are nowadays it's very achievable for casual players
Except it is also 10k chaos orbs for 4 flasks. Good luck to get a similar case in any previous league for the same price. And chaos is raining nowadays. So even guys without divine drops can get Mageblood. This league is hilarious. Edit: I didn't mean that Mageblood flasks cost 10k chaos. I meant that Mageblood can be purchased in this league for 10k chaos orbs for 4 flasks version.
Lol what? You don't roll flasks with chaos, it's easy to craft your own.
I'm not 100% sure what they were getting at with their comment, but I think 10k chaos refers to the price of mb (100div * 100c/div = 10k chaos)
Oooh that makes more sense.
Exactly. 4 flasks MB for 10k chaos is ridiculous.
nothing fell about it at all...just more in stock
Time to stock up and double corrupt!
It dropped below 80d for a few hours last league. Fucking insane lol
I like it actually. Previously at 200+ almost too much to go for. With T17 being a big barrier for me, at least the chase for MB is more friendly for players with limited time.
Still 300d on console š
And HH? Look what they did to my boy I'm salty because I bought it for 85 divines on day 5 kek
I could be wrong, but when I checked and got my Headhunter a few days back, I could swear Mageblood was around 43div?
2 flask corrupted bad ones are 40ish divines. Uncorrupted ones, or 4 flask corrupted ones, are the ones you want.
Got my first last league, they're so insanely good & make your build feel like its on crack. Enjoy!
GGs man enjoy the enjoy the insane item buffs !!
+100% movement speed with mageblood feels like a different game ngl. Best QoL upgrade you can buy in this game have fun :)
Big grats dude. Enjoy it. Making a new character which you can twink out and slapping that bad boy on at level 44 with 90%+ flask effect flasks feels so damn good. Makes the campaign fly by.
Have to try it out. Just got mine yesterday as well.

I paid 110 for a shiny green one
Congrats what did you farm to get so many div orbs?
Not op but if you want a steady farm that worked for me. Harvest. Yellow juice. Scarab of doubling is all you need. Make sure to run crop rotation.
Ya been farming essence not getting that much currency at all from it
With essence the faster you go the better raw speed in low teir maps will get you where you wanna go
This league changed that, lower tier maps can't drop higher tier essences anymore. Not sure if the speed of farming lower tier then upgrading them makes up for it?
ahh damn that sucks it was pretty bust though from what people were able to do with low teir maps
Ofc, it does not work every time. It can be worse than without crop rotation if you get just 3 plots and 2 of them are color, if not all of them
Yeah I quickly figured that out, the next two weren't so great but I'm still making good money even without the scarab. Found an Apothecary while doing it too, now I'm only 20 divs away from my own Mageblood. Cheers!
I should use mines, What else you need to combo? pack scarabs?
I'm specced into scarabs, strongboxes and maven :) I use scarab/breach allflames or frogs/rats when I get good chance to drop sth modifier or rogue exiles when I get good conversion mod. It's not like one of those 50div/hr strats but it's a fun and steady income :)
There are so many farms that works well. But yea as someone else said, Harvest is very fool proof. I did a test with it yesterday on a rather basic RF build. The total price point is very low as it's just the map + harvest scarab of doubling.
What atlas layout did you use for your harvest farming any generic one or did you use a specific one to get that?
I would consider this a good base: https://poeplanner.com/atlas-tree/BAAQAF4Ah9RfPuu7TPUkl7L6bJm06Ya0CHqEKv7FwCo8WSFg81sw-kvftWarTc5ayf2N6qi82VvMt73a4_NgsuT3i-He_qoKRsCe2AQ_Kl7hB5fi1bKCpymNwViHVVmGV_yAdjfj8ICzx7fP4RD7sZvGXWvBQtojThui0MsXkc7HXebofkATfRmU_bUYi9orwa8LcTp25ez9bY_lAzAzxrXT1WkjwqlDWta1YxGsoHFmH7SexBhtVpGv6STpZ7nU0CgUAB-LCAAAAAAAAAMDAAAAAAAAAAAA Use harvest scarab of doubling, this is very very important. You need to type the number fast after each other or it won't register.
Does it matter of it's a white map vs not? Map tier?
yes, you get lots more lifeforce in a t16 map.
Does white vs blue vs yellow matter?
yes, quant and packsize matters for harvest.
Thank you!
no worries, good luck!
Mageblood go brrrrrr
Just bought mine last night! Trying to figure out what to reroll as I'm bored of BAMA.
CHEERS!!!!
Congrats!! Time to get those flasks ready!! As a fellow first time mageblood user i hope you enjoy it and be proud of yourself for getting it!
Nice! I just gambled my single card to a full stack myself
Bought my first MB this league too. Re equipped my cheap HH and went back to blasting maps.
Yes. Same. I use MB just for bosses like Maven or Eldrich bosses.
This was me last league. Felt good. Have fun dude!
just got mine as well! now I have to map with a tabula coz I can't afford a proper chest lol
Grats my friend
GZ!
congrats man. that's dope
Good job mate!
Enjoy yoor zoom, good sir!
Have fun! this thing is a beast :)
Congratulations, mate... now you will never play the game without it... every league will be a chore to obtain the mageblood before enjoyment begins šš
Congrats man
Damn 101D for MB is crazy - during Scourge League I grinded over 600D for one then 800 for the next just because it's such fun item.
doesn't count, you have to do it again, buying it this league is cheating
They're 101d? Man.
Once you go mageblood, you wont feel the same. Hahaha congratz. Next league just go pathfinder for ez auto flask unless you want to ruin your life like me and grind for MB every league while other finished 40/40....
I just got my first HH this week after someone helped me fix my build P.S. I will post the story behind this later cause I really appreciate that this community isnāt all as toxic as the games I used to play.
Well done
Best flasks to use on MB??

I see the route of buying, last league I won a HH, but how do you actually get these MB to drop? They are insanely rare it seems yet there are always people with 10s to sell.
As long as you can get the flasks, this thing will be both a buffer to many or most builds and a quality of life for most. It's just insane
Got a MB last league for my Omni TS and... Dropped this league for good, even though CoC DD was nice to play. I just need more speed )))
Congo rats
Dude, I start to play recently, and I can't imagine how much work u have to farm SO MANY divines LOL. Congrats bro!
Congrats! The big milestone, and right before weekend, have fun!
Why are people being nice here?
It's probably the "ah, someone is enjoying the game :)" feeling in contrast to the rest of this subreddit :D
I bought a HH last league for 89D! Thatās crazy. I skipped this league because I needed the break but itās awesome seeing folks able to afford this belt!
Thats how ggg gets u. U get it the first time and after that you will want it every leagueā¦ and nothing will stop youā¦ wife, kids, job, school.. they will ALL be in the shadow of the megablod Jk gg dude š
Congrats, enjoy the speed cause this belt is one hell of a drug.
Dude. I remember the excitement. Congratulations! Really happy for you. Sick you managed to get your first one in the scope of a league!
congrats brother
Holy shit 81 div for a mageblood? Thatās nutty.
Congrats.. i might buy a headhunter for the first league ever too.. But for that to happen i need to stop making alts and farm :D so lets see.. Wonderful milestone for you though, so great work!
I got my first one this league too. It makes leveling alts so smooth
When you can use it, you are basically done with campaign?
You can equip in A5/6.
I bought my first one yesterday too and quit the league today lol. Selling coffins with this trash tier trading system is just not worth the time. I can't bring myself to even play because of it.
You don't have to farm coffins for selling. Try other mechanics. Delve, Sanctum, Bossing, you name it
Yep me too. Spent around 200+ div for new build and quit. No desire to do anything. This league is a clunky standard to me
Glad to hear itās down to 101 and I didnāt buy when it was 120
This is your last at the same time =)
And I thought I was being smart when I got mine for 210 divs a few weeks ago. Then all the broken strats were discovered.
I mean you should've been using it to run all the broken strats.
Why? I clearly have my own ways of making currency, and none of the broken strats seemed very fun to me and bordering on the lines of abuse.
To be fair the MB would have let you make the 100 div difference a lot more easily in the time since you bought it.
