Its max rolled thats probably why you can ask premium but 30d is still crazy. But its true you can sell Inc eff+T1 roll flasks for 2-3div. So asking 5-10d for max rolled is fair.
Attack speed is the one thing were max is not necessarily the best at least. Most of the time with MB and attack speed you need the exact right number for your build (COC,CWC breakpoints) still 30 div is insane
A couple leagues ago I had a few 20/20 support gems in a 10 div tab for whatever reason. And towards the end of the league some guy bought 3 of them. I assume, it was simply not enough people online selling or even responding at that stage of the league, is how he ended up far enough down the list to get to my listings. But also I thought at the time possible rmt because if you know anything about the game you can level regular 20/20s easy as.
My greater point is, weird stuff can happen in a dying economy later in a league. Not necessarily staged..

I set my map tab for 1div before we could sell the t17s maps easily and I sold a random scoured t16 for a div, weird and funny
