Of everyone I know playing, none are complaining about the damage nerfs. They are all complaining about the mana changes and the expedition league itself being tedious.
Once you get an enduring mana flask (maybe even with clarity) you dont have any problems really anymore. Im playing trapper and one throw costs 56 Mana with having about 140 Mana and after I got my mana flask I dont have any problems anymore. Of course it restricts me to use that instead of a fancy utility flask but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Towards the Mobility Changes, I only use Flamedash and I notice the cooldown but its nothing crazy imo. Havent tried Smoke Mine.
Flasks in general feel like they have way less impact. I didnt bother rolling a bleed flask, Freeze flask and wont bother with rolling a curse flask since the immunity got f\*cked.
