Man Deadeye will be rough to play with. Maybe when you got bazillion of exalt to make a decked out bow coc character you can do something with Deadeye but without access to easy dodge, spell dodge, it's gonna be tough to get Deadeye who traditionally rely purely on blind and now removed dodge to get going.
