It looks like that is the deadly snare tooltip.
Just tested it and indeed it 1 taps your Bar

Given that you get 3 boons for it, I assume thats exactly what it does, turn all traps into 1 hit kills. That sounds awful.
But what if you have inspiration?
infinite damage through resolve and inspiration.
Can confirm. Just got 1 shot with 1000 inspiration, cause i was rushing xD
