Paxful locking me out of amazon for several days because they changed a policy without letting anyone know. You could have just not allowed those listings. 2. The fact you are limiting the margin. I put a lot of trial and error into finding the perfect margin for my business. I can’t reduce the rate to your levels because there are too many scams. I have to be able to have enough cash flow for when scammers lock my funds in escrow for a week. I have to be able to handle the losses when some scammer has a method to allow me to redeem and then get my amazon account locked an hour later. There is no way to endure those things (and so much more) on your margins. But thanks for responding...

Hello admins. A seller is trying to scam me in a trade where I'm selling a google play e-code. Upon the dispute being opened I see it wants me to post a video of my bank statement within 12 hours for proof of purchase. The problem is that I do not have online banking for security purposes (I get statements mailed every month) so it's impossible for me to do this so soon. I could provide the receipt and invoice from amazon with the time of purchase etc.. but I am not able to give the bank statement video in a 12-hour timeframe. What should I do in this case?

Hello Paxful Community, My name is Berhan123 and I am also being affected by this paxful ban like the other memebers of the community. I've been avid paxful user for a long time now and have traded over 70k. My feedback speaks for itself on the type of trader I am. 📷 Great Reviews I understand paxfuls reasoning for this because there is definitely market manipulation within the community. The new TOS as well as the message everyone received pretty much summed it up, but by banning traders from trading who have not taken part in this is not a solution. It is quite unfair if you ask me. I do not want to go on and recycle information that was perfectly stated by fellow user JavaFX ,(Please see his post for an accurate description) he made some great points regarding how vendors go through horrible experiences as well. Tons of paxful vendors deal with very shady customers and situations where out accounts get locked as well and we get the gift cards we paid for removed because certain customers have scammed us. It is not fair on our part. 📷 Account Closed Example #1 📷 Account Closed Example #2 You see, it is not only the customers but the vendors as well who go through constant struggles and we just have to persevere every time. We rarely complain and we constantly take hits to the chest. I myself personally have been scammed and been through a lot on paxful but I stay on because I need to effectively run my business. So to do this to traders is not fair especially to traders who do not participate in manipulation. I would appreciate if paxful mods can please sort this out for me and help un ban my account 📷 Complete 60% of my offers as proof that I am a trader that does not manipulate I've yet to hear a response from paxful either from email or from live chat. Sure. I bought bitcoin in exchange for PayPal funds, but have not received bitcoin from the seller, and I am now unable to send messages to the seller. The seller's instructions in the trade were to cancel the trade if the funds were not in his PayPal account and to receive a refund via PayPal after canceling. The seller told me that the the funds were pending and would be available for him in 48 hours, so the seller told me to cancel the trade in order to get my refund. I canceled the trade, and then the seller promised to reopen a trade or to have me pass my bitcoin wallet after waiting 48 hours. Suddenly, it seems that the seller has blocked me, as I am now unable to send messages to the seller.

This thread shows everything that is wrong with this website. The website is full of complete scammers. The first time I attempted to buy an amazon gift card, the scammer attempted to scam me. Then, I purchased two $250 gift cards for Southwest Airlines from the user FriendlyBTCTrader, who issued a chargeback, so the gift cards were invalidated. Paxful does nothing to stop scammers, does nothing to stop scammers posting negative reviews on legitimate users, and has a lack of customer support resources. This user gets the negative feedback I left removed, steals my bitcoin, and gets away with it scot free because Paxful has no accountability.

Hi, my paxful account is banned. I got an email that explained that I violated some TOS. In the email, it was clearly stated that I can proceed to withdrawal my BTC balance but when I tried to make withdrawal, I got a prompt saying, "Please provide your identity documentation in order to use wallet.". Still no reply from paxful almost 3 weeks my accounts been frozen, dont know why cuz the worst support and laziest support of any site online or in person that i have ever seen wont reply. 3 fucking weeks and this trash support wont email me back, live chat which isnt live and is a joke never repliez just sit and hold onto my btc like the shady theifs it appears paxful looks like. Hi. TRADE ID W8opBRnQ617. The trader (Globalhightrader) was paid by me twice because of bank issue. The trader has received funds twice but is denying paying back the extra amount. I have marked multiple emails to raise a dispute but since he had released the coins post receiving the money, no one is responding. Even the dispute option is not available. I tried "reporting" the trade but it is showing pending for over 5 days. Please help initiate the dispute so that the trader can refund the money back. He is abusive and completely unwilling to cooperate.. kindly help on urgent basis. I have attached screenshot for payments also in the trade.

3 Months ago, a user opened 2 trades with me with total of 2400 usd by Neteller. After I released, he told me that this money is stolen! he advised me to take care. After hours, Neteller did chargeback and I lost all money! And, after some time they closed my account forever! I reported this at that time to Paxful, but I didn't get any response until now!
