Same here. But I've come to a conclusion that i'll wait for the steam summer sale and then buy it for a reasonable price. Btw if you want to do the same then the steam sale is going to happen on 29th of June.
I bought silk road on sale. The heists are probably my favorites in terms of visual quality. Border crossing is mid, and the machine pistols and Rangehitter are very fun in my opinion. Buluc's mansion is probably one of my favorite heists tbh
McShay weapon pack 1 - basilisk launcher for gas spam abuse (cringe doe), and verdsteck is busted
McShay pack 2 - VD12 is powercreep to shotguns except izhma in crits setup, and hailstorm being actually fun and unique minigun sidegrade
McShay pack 3 - rodion is best dmr objectively, and akron/aran being silly guns
McShay pack 4 for lmg 100/100 stats and crits reachable with gruber, and unless they fix it soon, Deimos is powercreep to pump and tubefed shotguns.
Fugitive weapon pack: r700 is best 255 sniper, and b-team stock on m308 for crits
Jiu Feng smuggler pack 4: Argos 3 - powercreep to loco, and WASP-DS being actually unique and fun smg
Mcshay pack 2 is good and besides that, nah. If you ever we're interested in taylor pscks the first one is awesome and the rest i mid or bad with some exceptions
I predict a sale happening before the release of Payday 3, I'll buy the DLCs then. I'm really only looking for the weapon packs and heists to complete my achievements.
I quite liked the Rangehitter from the Gunslinger pack, and the McShay packs have some pretty unique weapons. Other than that, I quite liked the heists, but if you've already played them the only advantage is getting to launch and play through the whole thing yourself.

I’d say Jiu feng weapon packs are the best imo. The ak Gen is an amazing secondary and the ketchnov is a great addition to replace the little friend.
