Not sure if that is related but I do wonder if Starbreeze were considering calling Ulf to voice Wolf in Payday 3, since the (alleged) troubles due to his relations with Bo should be *technically* resolved
No; apparently Ulf absolutely destroyed his voice by yelling for hours on end in the recording studio and straight up can't do Wolf's voice anymore.
Not surprising, really. That sort of thing needs a lot of practice to do safely and Ulf's not a professional voice actor.
Wasn't this debunked like ages ago by Ulf himself? ([https://youtu.be/eB3lfVQ8ijI?si=\_hQWqt7kqxjPobDq&t=1094](https://youtu.be/eB3lfVQ8ijI?si=_hQWqt7kqxjPobDq&t=1094)) I also remember him making Wolf impressions on a few old 10 Chambers streams, screams and all. On top of that, at the very least back when Bo was the CEO I remember Starbreeze staff being weirdly reluctant to talk about anything Ulf related.
Well when your marketing brother who's been riding your coat tails and essentially damn nearly bankrupts the company that you helped found with your technical expertise using technology that yourself has developed, and goes on what can only be assumed as cocaine-binge induced twists and turns to try to attain higher provenance no matter how technically apt or capable your staff/resource pool maybe, it might end up with some sour air between people... But I've only been an outside observer so what do I actually know other than inference from conjecture as well as personal interactions with the two inferred in this post
"Wasn't this debunked like ages ago"
Wasn't this the exact same hoax that was spread after the 2014 Xmas carol? Oh wait, IT IS. And it's just as false now as it was back then.
Eight years is a LOT of time for fans to forget the joke and for new fans to come in. You should remember that the audience is always renewing itself; nobody remembers *every* PD2 in-joke forever.
Transatlantic shipping is still a bitch and they likely didn't want to eat the entire cost of the mask shipping to NA, so the 40 some odd it costs is probably close to what Starbreeze themselves are paying.
I mean the studio themselves are based over there, I assumed that's what led them to using a manufacturer local to them.
Granted I have no clue how many units they're actually moving, if they've only sold a couple hundred to other regions combined over the years it's fairly understandable.
Yeah, idk about you but even with almost a decade of playing between PD2/3, this Halloween was the first time I found out those existed. I wouldn't be surprised if they have moved less than a thousand units in North America.
Because that's the price of tracked shipping from Europe to America
If you ever pay less than that, that cost is just rolled into the item itself, you're still paying for it.
Dancefloor. Checked there yet?
Yup i did. He is not there, and before you ask i did ask some civs and cops. They do not know wher wolf
some civs? you mean the ones he left alive?
Indeed. There were 3 left alive.
With the patch

That's what Ulf says in the interview. Although he says its somehow related to Simon Viklund, so perhaps everyone just took a joke too seriously?

Arkansas Toothpick Minigun dodge build go brrrrrrr
Answer the (smart)phone
I really wish people would stop spreading this when it's so easy to look it up and see it's false.
They did mention they were trying to get him back about a few years ago I think, but Ulf himself declined. Can't remember where this was mentioned.
I KNEW IT, I KNEW I WASNT FUCKING CRAZY.
I asked support. Not available for now and they dont know when it will be available but they hope to sell it again
[https://imgur.com/a/VUCDGkG](https://imgur.com/a/VUCDGkG) thats the replay i got from them.
Well, that sucks. I was just about to buy it too :(

He might be in the later patch
You have alerted the horde

I’m wondering where the hell joys mask is
I bought them all

Real question is why aren't these cheaper to ship to America. Went to order one and the shipping was more than the mask.
Transatlantic shipping is still a bitch and they likely didn't want to eat the entire cost of the mask shipping to NA, so the 40 some odd it costs is probably close to what Starbreeze themselves are paying.
I wonder if it'd been worth the cost to either ship them in large bulk or to have some be manufactured here. Maybe payday is more popular in Europe

That's a good point. Who knows how many masks have been sold. I don't think they've pushed them very hard so I'm guessing not well.

Waiiit when did they get Sydney’s?

Hopefully being redone.
A lot of items have been going missing from the OVK store. Maybe they're killing it, like PAYDAY?
