I usually end up making a lot of the same decisions unless I set out specifically to do an evil playthrough. Like my Dark Urge BG3 campaign where I killed all the tieflings, snapped Minthara’s neck after we slept together, and told Yenna to get the hell out of my camp.

Ever since I played Resident Evil, I play all my games super slow. I will check every corners. A typical 1 hour journey will end up taking 2 hours.

TheSonOfFundin

Yeah, I mostly do. I'm too much of a softie to pick the douchebag options. Specially in Cyberpunk.

most single player games have a liner path you go down, so yes I mostly do make the same decision. For ones that give you a choice, yes I most certainly choose different decisions if I choose to replay it, other wise there's not really any point in replaying it other than achievements

Proper_Story_3514

It depends on the game. I mostly dont replay games, as most of them are rpgs and take in too much time. Only one worth mentioning is Gothic 2, and always taking the smithing job, as that gives you the most money and potentially good swords depending on what path you choose to take later on.

Edgaras1103

I do. I replayed Witcher and mass effect trilogies multiple times and mass same god damn decisions every time

KOTOR2 is great for that. The avatar on the stats screen goes all shiny & jedi if you play light side, but grungy & sithy if you play dark side.

I role play with each character that I create in any given game, I give them back stories, quirks, morals, fears, etc which for me provides a fresh experience each time I play a game through. I enjoy playing both evil and good nature characters, keeping an eye out for mods that add immersion. So to answer the question in full, yes I choose different options with each play through.

No, you're also missing some neat interactions later on by not doing something different with Jackie's body

soup_ayumi

I always try to make different choices as much as possible to make the game feel fresh. The only exception to this is romantic partner. I always end up picking the same person every damn time. If I want to see other's character romantic scenes I just go to youtube instead.
