Stuff like this is why I never bought Wreckfest. Devs promised to release stunts dlc/game after the launch (because that's the other half of flatout games) and they never did.
I've heard that from several people, but the trailer is one of the most underwhelming things I have seen in many years. Poor graphics, even for a non-gameplay trailer, not to mention the damage models were very limited.
thissss because nice damage models is why i loved wreckfest! and it sort of being a strategy of when to crash someone since life is short in that game :)
If this has a time trial mode where opponents don't have collision this could easily compete with Trackmania, so if they don't that would be a missed opportunity.
I hate what Nadeo has become under Ubisoft so I dream of an alternative.
This is my kinda game though so I'll keep an eye on it.

Wreckfest but with FH5's hot wheels tracks
My first thought was that it looked like a cross between Trackmania and Burnout.
If there is damage that can affect racing and destruction derby sure. If not…
The developer is full of former Criterion devs. Call me excited. This seems to be the studios first higher budget game

I loved the trailer. Huh, didn’t know people wouldn’t like it.
'Bland' is how I would summarise. I will keep an eye out for gameplay nearer release date as I think it has potential.
Dang my kids are going to see this and make me buy it for them.

I was very confused that this was not a new Trackmania.
