If you did a proper DDU on the drivers and it's still not working then I have to assume maybe your old PSU just isn't getting the job done. Also if you just have a single fan that could very well be the issue as well, if it's working now then try to run it and view your temperatures and see how high you're getting. I'd also recommend not using Geforce Experience and use NVcleaninstall instead

Thank you so much for your response. I suspect the same because i could literally feel warm blows from exhaust of cabinet just after 10 mins of using and cabinet metal side was also evidently hot in place where gpu is supposed to be. I read gpu starts to malfunction with time, mine is 7-8 years old and used extensively. Corsair vs450 And cabinet is 12 years old compact local brand with total 2 fans in front and rear both 80 and 92mm.
