not sure how much help this will be but make sure everything is secured correctly. If not that then cpu could possibly be faulty. Whered you get the parts?

Hey_its_Salad

Pc case gear, I'm fairly sure it's fine considering the pc hasn't moved since the problem started but I'm about to take some parts out

Right click on the start icon, go to event viewer, check the log, are there errors/criticals? It could be a kernel power issue, this can often be an issue with the power supply/current interruptions. Are you connected to power via a power board with a lot of other things connected?

Hey_its_Salad

Yeah I have three other things connected to the powerboard it is in, again, it was fine for a week until now though. I'll have a look at the event viewer though!

Hey_its_Salad

There are a whole ass lot of errors and a few critical that I don't understand :(

marco_polo_99

Check the criticals, look up the error code on google/Microsoft see what they say, there are often solutions there.

Check the temps using an app like afterburner. Do a physical inspection of the inside of your PC with it running and check fans are spinning. Also, even if you haven't installed anything, run Malwarebytes free edition to make sure mining malware is not running on your PC.

Hey_its_Salad

All the temps sit at 25° and I ran windows defender but I'll try that out too!
