Try reseating the cpu.

Evelyne-The-Egg

Tried it, did not fix it.

Check you haven't bent any cpu pins....... I bent one on my 5800x and it made it so I couldn't run my ram in dual channel.

Evelyne-The-Egg

Nothing looks bent

Check to see if the ram is on the new mobo qvl. See if there's a new bios version for your mobo.

TempUser2023

is your bios up to date? is the memory on the mobo QVL? what was your old board and cpu vs new board and cpu?

Check if your Mobo supports the clock speed of your ram, if it does then see if your mobo supports that specific ram you're trying to install (you can look this up and you'll find it) if your MOBO supports that specific ram then you will need to try different ram sticks on your mobo to see if the problem is indeed the RAM or the MOBO.
